A. The MotorPlus roadside assistance benefit covers your vehicle, rather than
the member. So no matter who is driving the covered vehicle, roadside
assistance service will always be provided.

have exceeded the maximum number of calls, you will be required to pay a cash
call only amount, which is a discounted, contracted rate.

A. There are no limits on the number of times you can take advantage of your
benefits and discounts. Each covered vehicle is allowed 5 "service calls" per

A. Emergency roadside assistance averages between 30 and 45 minutes. However,
when you call for roadside assistance, a service representative will be able to
give you an estimated time of arrival.
